The first WTO/GATT PowerPointTM. Presented at the 1998 Ars Electronica festival in Linz, Austria, we describe the manner in which WTO/GATT is being used within the festival, and contrast the pseudo-issues being hyped there with some actually important issues, using real-world examples that play off the festival's circumstances.
